What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer standard and express shipping across the UK and worldwide. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard UK delivery. Local customers in Manchester can also select 'Store Pickup' at checkout to collect their gear from our Thomas Street or Vickers Street locations.
What is your return policy for skateboards and hardware?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on skateboards that have been assembled, gripped, or show signs of use unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer professional skateboard assembly?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings, we can assemble the board for you free of charge. Simply leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' box during checkout.
How do I know what size skateboard deck to buy?
Deck size is largely a matter of personal preference and skating style. Generally, wider decks (8.25" and up) offer more stability for transition and ramps, while narrower decks (7.75" to 8.25") are preferred for technical street skating. Check our size guide for more detailed recommendations.

Do you stock limited edition 'Quickstrike' releases?
Yes, as a premium skate shop, we frequently stock limited edition footwear and hardware releases. Due to high demand, these items are often limited to one pair per customer and may be excluded from promotional discounts.
